The short version: we provide a tool to find gift deals across TON marketplaces. We don't hold your funds. We're not financial advisors. You're responsible for your own decisions. Trade at your own risk.

1. What GiftSnipr is

GiftSnipr is a free-to-use Telegram Mini App and web tool that aggregates Telegram Gift NFT listings from public marketplaces and helps users discover, track, and analyze deals. We do not list, sell, or hold any NFTs ourselves. When you tap "snipe," you are redirected to a third-party marketplace where the actual transaction happens.

2. What we are not

Not a wallet. We never hold your private keys or funds.
Not a marketplace. We don't list, custody, or escrow gifts.
Not a broker. We don't execute trades on your behalf.
Not financial advisors. Nothing in our app is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Not affiliated with Telegram, the TON Foundation, Tonkeeper, Tonnel, MRKT, Portals, Fragment, or any listed marketplace.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If trading crypto or NFTs is restricted or illegal where you live, you may not use GiftSnipr.

4. Your responsibilities

Verify every URL, bot username, and wallet prompt before connecting or signing.
Never share your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password with anyone, including us.
Confirm transaction details inside your wallet app — we cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
Use only the official GiftSnipr URLs: giftsnipr.com and @GiftSniprBot. Anything else is a phishing attempt.
Comply with all laws that apply to you, including tax reporting on any gains.

Crypto risk warning: Telegram Gift NFTs and TON tokens are volatile, illiquid, and may lose all their value. Past performance is not a predictor of future results. Floor prices we display can be stale by up to 60 seconds. Marketplaces can be exploited or go offline. Never spend more than you can afford to lose entirely.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use GiftSnipr to:

Manipulate markets, wash-trade, or coordinate price movements.
Scrape our app or APIs at scale (use our public API tier when available).
Reverse-engineer the app for the purpose of building a competitor.
Impersonate other users or distribute malware via shared links.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or referral signing.

We may suspend access for violations.

6. Third-party marketplaces

When you tap "snipe," your browser leaves GiftSnipr and opens the relevant marketplace. We have no control over what happens there. Their terms, fees, and security practices are their own responsibility, not ours. Verify all transaction details inside your wallet before signing anything on a marketplace.

7. Referral program

If you invite friends and they connect a wallet through your signed referral link, you earn rewards as described in-app. Self-referrals, bot-generated invites, and other forms of fraud will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible suspension.

8. Premium features

Some features (alert customization, advanced analytics, API access) may be paid via Telegram Stars or TON. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period continues until expiry.

9. No warranty

GiftSnipr is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that floor prices are accurate, that snipe links work, that the service is uninterrupted, or that data is complete. Marketplace APIs change without notice and may break our integrations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftSnipr and its developer are not liable for any losses arising from:

Decisions made based on data shown in our app.
Funds lost on any third-party marketplace.
Phishing attacks via cloned domains or bots.
Compromise of your wallet, device, or seed phrase.
Service downtime, data inaccuracy, or API errors.

Our total liability for any claim related to GiftSnipr is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

You can stop using GiftSnipr anytime. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or pose a risk to other users.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in our Telegram channel and via in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE DETERMINED]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
